Product Overview

This series of modules has a load capacity of 5mA, corresponding to a maximum output power of 2.5W, which can meet most APD application environments;

This series of modules adopts DIP packaging form and can be directly soldered on printed circuit boards with replaceability;

When applied in strong mechanical stress environments, adhesive reinforcement should be applied to the bottom and around the module during overall assembly;

Modules with five- or six-sided hermetically sealed metal cases and full potting, providing good electromagnetic compatibility and thermal conductivity;

Products meet the requirements of SJ20668-1998 General Specification for Microcircuit Modules.
