Product Introduction

Overview

The fiber optic module primarily uses fiber optic cables to propagate signals, offering fast speed, stability, immunity to electromagnetic interference, no site limitations, and effective prevention of eavesdropping and signal theft. To prevent signal loss due to fiber optic cable breakage, the module incorporates wireless transmission functionality for SBUS control signals and VIDEO signals. Dual protection ensures victory. For multi-purpose considerations, the module also features relay functionality with multi-mode operation, enhancing practicality.

Features

Compact size with full functionality

Fiber

Ground terminal 80*74*56mm

Fiber

Air terminal 58*34*20mm

Full direct plug-in design

Fiber

R bay base design, compatible with direct plug-in to remote controllers with JR bays for signal transmission.

Enable external RF head, select CRSF protocol, 400K refresh rate to communicate with the module and transmit control signals. Universal connector definition compatible with most remote controllers on the market.

Fiber

Universal 2.54mm single-row female socket 9P connector with ample installation space reserved, compatible with most receiver sizes on the market. Universal interface definition with 5V power supply, plug-and-play; Designed with receiver mounting bracket, supporting single antenna and dual antenna configurations.

Fiber

SH1.0 direct plug-in interface with the same definition as flight controller interface, making wiring more convenient and backup cables easier. Video transmission and reception only require dedicated cables for direct plug-in use.

Multiple operating modes

Fiber

Wired Mode

Insert the module into the JR bay to communicate with the remote controller and transmit control signals; The module features a 3.5mm headphone jack, using 3.5mm headphone cable to output video signals;Connect to display screen and select AV signal input for viewing;

Air terminal directly plugs into flight controller, outputs SBUS control signals, and receives video signals.

Use fiber optic cable to transmit control signals and video signals for true pure wired connection. Ground terminal module requires separate power supply.(Note: Remote controller must enable external RF head and select CRSF protocol.)

Fiber

Wired-Wireless Mode

Ground terminal module directly plugs into external RF head and external video transmission receiver. Module internally distributes control signals: one path for fiber optic wired transmission, one path for external RF head wireless transmission; Integrates video signals from fiber optic and video transmission receiver.

Air terminal module directly plugs into external receiver and external video transmission.

Module internally distributes video signals: one path for fiber optic wired transmission, one path for external video transmission wireless transmission; Integrates control signals from fiber optic transmission and receiver transmission.

Module automatically detects/switches internally. Control signals input directly from remote controller, video signals still output via 3.5mm headphone cable.

Notes:

1. Primarily uses wired connection, automatically switches to wireless when wired connection is lost.

2. RF head must use CRSF protocol.

3. Receiver must output SBUS protocol

Fiber

Relay Wired Mode/Relay Wired-Wireless Mode

Ground module can also be used as relay module, directly plugging into external receiver and external video transmission. Control signals input from external receiver, video signals transmitted through external video transmission. Air terminal and ground terminal only need normal installation according to wired or wired-wireless mode to achieve relay functionality.

Relay function effectively compensates for insufficient fiber optic flight distance and pilot safety during secondary collapse crises in search operations.

Notes:

1. Manual switching to relay mode required.

2. Receiver must output SBUS protocol.

3. Air terminal and ground terminal video transmission must use different frequency bands to avoid interference.
