HT7PC90G is a Hybrid PLD module based on GaN MOSFET and GaN Mos driver which can provide a minimum PW of 5ns, the Typical wavelength is 905nm and Optional Optical power include:75W/120W/200W/300W. Customization can also be provided according to your system design challenges like higher power and compact package.
